How much does a website cost?
Our static websites start at ₹4,999. It is a one-time fee. Freelancers charge ₹8,000 to ₹15,000, and agencies often charge ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 or more and then add annual maintenance charges.
Are there really no recurring costs?
No monthly fees to us if you choose to edit the website yourself or give it to someone else to manage. The only yearly cost is your domain name and hosting renewal, which you pay directly to the registrar or hosting company.
How does payment work?
We take a 30% advance to start the work and the balance 70% when your site is ready to go live. That is the full cost, with nothing added later.
What happens if the website takes longer than 7 working days?
As per contract, a static website build is 7 days, plus 3 extra buffer working days for unforeseen circumstances. If it crosses 10 working days, we offer you a 50% rebate on your next build, or provide services in the future for the same amount.
How do you calculate working days?
We work Monday to Thursday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are weekly offs, as we are the first company in India to adopt a 4 day a week work cycle.
What if the website has a technical issue or goes offline from Friday to Sunday?
Our client support team attends to any technical emergency, such as the site being down or not opening, all 7 days a week. The emergency number is shared with you after the website build is ready. Normal edits, or uploading and removing photos, are not considered an emergency.
When do the domain name, hosting server and backend files get transferred to me?
Within 4 to 5 working days of you paying the remaining 70%.
How much time do I get to pay the remaining 70%?
7 calendar days after the site goes live. If the payment is not made, we will unhost the site and rehost it only once the full payment is done.
Will you start without receiving my content?
No. We do not begin until we have all of the site's content: your logo, written matter, photos, links to your social media, plus your email and phone number.
Can I choose the layout, design and colour of the website?
Yes, you can choose the design, layout and colour palette.
Can I change the layout, design and colour mid-build?
Yes. If you change them mid-build, on or after day 3, there is a one-time extra charge of ₹499 and the build timeline increases by 3 to 4 working days.
Can I ask for changes after the domain and server are transferred to me?
Yes, but you will need to share your login credentials with us for us to make changes, and we request clients to change their passwords once the work is completed. Without an Annual Maintenance Package, every change costs ₹299, covering editing current written content and adding or replacing photos. New pages are charged as in the new page creation add-on above.
What if I do not know what content to send you?
Tell us about your business and we will write it for you, and use generic Google photos if you have none. We send it to you for editing and approval.
Why do you ask for business and identity documents?
During project onboarding, we ask for documents to verify the business and the person authorising the website project, and to help prevent fraud. These documents are shared with us separately through WhatsApp or in person; this website does not collect them through a form. We use them only for onboarding, verification and related record-keeping. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle them. Please send only the documents requested, and contact us before sending a masked copy or alternative so we can confirm whether it will work for verification.
Which documents do I need to provide?
- One government-issued certificate, registration or licence for the business, such as a Trade License, Shops and Establishment registration, company or LLP incorporation document, Partnership Deed, FSSAI License or GST certificate.
- A copy of the Aadhaar card of a Director, Partner or Proprietor.
- A copy of the PAN card of a Director, Partner or Proprietor.
We request these during onboarding over WhatsApp or in person, not through this website.
